Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate... Nelson Mandela speech

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously
give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

Used by Nelson Mandela in his 1994 inaugural speech…

A Return to Love - Marianne Williamson

Try chanting this every morning 10 times and not being motivated beyond belief

“Above & within me there is a spirit stronger than them all”

(Do this with the most riveting & psyched up physiology
I’ve ever displayed in my entire life – Chant with Eye of the Tiger) x 10!!!

I am the most determined & driven person on the planet

I vow to do whatever it takes!
I will keep trying my absolute best until I succeed!

This is my time… The losing stops here…
The pain…
the hurt…
the unhappiness…
The frustrations…
My life changes here…
Right now! TODAY!!!
There is no tommorow…

I believe in every ounce of my soul that I will succeed!
I will succeed beyond my wildest dreams over the next six months…
and it begins with succeeding today!

I summon all of my powers to exceed my greatest ability today.
TODAY IS MINE! I OWN IT!

Imagine I have already achieved my goals –
Picture what I had to do to get there…

I have to take more action than what’s necessary to achieve my goals –
Push myself like never before
Like those who have gone before me – I will dominate!

Find that driving spirit within… It is alive!
I can feel it through the essence of my being!

Why do people search for the secret to success?

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to explore the topic of 'why do people search for the secret to success'?

What is it that is so fascinating about finding that one secret and then achieving success beyond your wildest dreams?

There have been many books which have tried to detail what that secret is. One such book that has become very well known is The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.

It would seem that everyone is out there in life to find the elusive pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

When that pot of gold is what you are using right now to read these words.

It is what you think about on a consistent basis that determines your consistent results.

I mean to illustrate this point more simply try this exercise.

Touch the tip of your finger on one hand with the tip of another finger on your other hand.

How you spoke to yourself just now determined whether or not you did it or not.

How you speak to yourself is your key to all success.

Because it determines the actions you take.

If a result is what you are after for a specified goal then you must think in ways that determine that you will take the actions necessary to achieve that goal.

The Self Coaching Theorem

What makes the difference between those Michael Jordan's of the world and everyone else?

Is it based entirely upon their internal processes - think carefully about this one!

If you think very carefully about this question you will know that it is a universal truth that your actions result from the way you think. And how do you think?

Your thoughts are more often than not a result of the way you talk to yourself inside your head.

Napoleon Hill in his book Think & Grow Rich went to great lengths to hide the secret to all success. Or as he has put it another way to uncover for yourself what is known as The Master Key to Riches.

The Master Key is to control the way you think in such a way as to determine the results you get from the consequent actions you take.

Therefore, the way that you speak to yourself inside your head is absolutely crucial to your success in anything in life.

After being heavily involved in the personal development industry for a long time I strongly feel as though this is the one factor that separates those who are successful from those who are not.

You need to push yourself to succeed. You need to motivate yourself on a consistent basis to do that which you were born to do. You need to kick ass! Quite simply you need to coach yourself to success.

You are with you every waking moment of your entire life. And it is not the outside circumstances that you have control over. Pretty much the only thing you have control over is the way you think and thus the resulting actions you take.

You cannot be successful in anything without action. Even if that action is just thinking. For example, to be happy - be happy. Think happy thoughts.

I would love to discuss this with all of you who happen to stumble upon this article.

I know in my heart of hearts that this is the sole determinant in any successful venture.

Feel free to post any comments and I will respond to you all as soon as I can.

Is self coaching the master key to all success?

Hi everyone!

Is self-coaching the master key to all success?

Think about it.

Seriously.

Try this practical theory... you can call it The Self Coaching Theorem - even if it has it's origins from many sources.

1. Assume that all your actions come from your thoughts.
2. How do you think? Is it not most often when you speak to yourself inside your head. Like your talking out aloud but in your head? (This is the way it works for me).
3. If this is so then what you say to yourself on a consistent basis determines your consistent actions and thus your results.

SELF-COACHING then would be the key to all success.

Drive your own inner thoughts by using repetitive positive statements that support & drive you like a coach and you will find a surge of energy you never knew existed.

I stumbled upon this whilst researching what is the recipe for success with a motivational speaker / newly acquired friend.

I had renewed my passion for watching Michael Jordan and finding out what he's doing at the moment... and watched a couple Youtube videos of him.

It made me realise quite clearly when he was playing that he was speaking to himself and firing himself up to a point which few other athletes do.

I am 100% certain of this theorem as I have found it evident in every great success I've ever had.

And even in every action I take, good or bad - a result of the way I talk to myself in my head.

For example you could choose to control that voice by saying:

"Today is Kick Ass Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc"

"I am the best"

"I am going to Kick ass"

I hope that in some way you see the magic in what I have shown you!

Until next time, take care of yourselves!

How to work from home full time?

Hi everyone!

I wanted to discuss a working lifestyle that many, many people on this planet would love to do... To work from home.

I would firstly like to ask everyone a very important question?

How many people on this planet do you think work from home full-time?

  • A. 1
  • B. 100
  • C. 1,000
  • D. 10,000
  • E. None of the above
I would suggest that the number would exceed any of those listed above. The point is that there are at least hundreds of thousands, if not millions who work from home on a full-time basis.

How did they do it?

They look up online work websites that are reputable such as: Elance.com, Odesk.com, Guru.com, Fiverr.com to name a few.

There are also many other ways to work full time from home.

You could sell over Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Alibaba.com, Aliexpress.com.

The opportunities are literally endless.

But, you need to become an expert in your field if this is what you truly want to do.

As the majority of people work for other people and do not work from home you will need to do what they don't do in order to succeed in this goal.

I myself have been working from home full-time in a number of different niches.

Particularly through selling my books.

I would love to hear what you guys and gals all think on this topic - comment below...

The Success Study Program 2

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that there are motions in the works for a new book The Success Study 2.

If you loved the first book and got a lot out of it - you will love this new one.

So far there have been 17 reviews all of which are 5-star positive reviews for the first book in the series.

It contained exclusive interviews with the likes of Dr. Stephen R. Covey - US presidential adviser and best-selling success author, Catherine Ryan Hyde - writer of the book which became the blockbuster movie Pay it Forward with Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt, Justice Kirby - Australia's highest court judge and many more.

The book itself was a culmination of a 5 year success study that I undertook.

As a couple more years have pasted I wouldn't mind stepping it up a notch and really delivering success to all you guys and gals out there.

In order to do that I have to be crystal clear in what makes the major difference between someone who is successful and someone who is not.

There are a lot of factors at play if you actually did a controlled environment scientific study where you could actually control a lot of these factors. And of course the world itself is not a controlled environment. But your mind is. If that leaves any clues...

Until next time,

To positively change the world forever...

The lacking ingredient of success

I just thought I'd check in to let you all know that yes I am still pursuing my quest to become a full time author. In this post I'd like to shortly discuss an ingredient that many people are lacking in the quest to live a successful life.

When people talk about a successful life these days at a truly deep level, most people if they are honest with themselves and others will say that it involves being happy, great relationships, wealth, health and the majority of things we feel in our hearts and see around us.

I'm going to narrow the key to success to simply one true goal.

Happiness.

If you lived your life as a life full of happiness in the majority of instances you would probably be very satisfied with how you lived.

Now if the major goal of life is to be truly happy as most people will testify to - then what is it that can make you happy on a consistent basis whilst you are on the journey to achieving goals in other areas which in turn should make you happy.

The answer ladies and gentlemen as simply as it sounds is fitness.

Fitness not as its source motivator in looking good, being strong, having self-confidence, having great health and all the other plethora of benefits that it offers.

Fitness with its source motivator in providing more happiness in your life on a day to day basis and for life.

Think about it this way - the way you think determines the actions you take. True or not true?

You really don't need 100 reasons why you should do something to get you motivated to do it.

Because if you do - when you make the decision about whether or not to do it you will have to think too much before acting.

All you really need is a bulls-eye focus with 100 different reasons supporting it.

I am suggesting that if your true life goal is to be truly happy as consistently as you can for your life then try exercising regularly. Not to lose weight. Not to become a hulk. Not to get better at a sport. Not for your health. Not for any other reason other than it will make you feel fantastic overall.

I have found that the majority of people who are in the top 10% of successful living do this on a regular basis.

I have thoroughly compared those who trained regularly to those getting started out, to those going through phases to those who did not train consistently or never really got started.

The difference was without a doubt what their main motivation for training was.

Make happiness your bulls-eye target for fitness.

Make happiness your bulls-eye target for lifelong success.

Of course I am talking about true happiness in this instance.

To positively change the world forever.

James.

The Success Study Video

Just thought I'd share with you all my Success Study Video on Youtube.

I hope you enjoy it...

The link to the book is provided below:

The outline for the science fiction novel is coming along very well and continues to serve my purpose to positively change the world forever... However, at the same time fiction is for entertainment purposes I'm going to try to not take this too seriously. But it should make for a great read and maybe one day perhaps a movie. But that's getting ahead of myself. We'll wait and see what you think of it once it's published.

Okay have a fantastic day / night wherever you are!

James.

MMA Human Nature?

I was watching MMA fighting as a reward to myself yesterday night.

I don't know why I find it entertaining. I mean it is a very violent sport. I suppose its a little similar to those Roman times with the Colosseum. Anyway, there was a fight between one guy that obviously was really strong and fit and was known to have beaten all the top fighters in the game. And then his opponent known for Brazilian jiu jitsu. The fit guy was dominating the Brazilian in a style akin to Muhammad Ali - he didn't put his guard up, he was taunting his opponent and basically didn't show any respect for his opponent.

For almost the entire 3 rounds this fit guy dominated. And then the Brazilian came back with a couple hits of his own. And bam that was it. The fact that this fit fighter did not respect the Brazilian was most probably his undoing. At least it turned out that way and the Brazilian won.

I suppose one reason why I find it fascinating is that I'm intrigued by human psychology. Like imagine being the fighter on your way to the ring. It must be kind of daunting knowing that you are about to step into a cage where you could definitely be killed.

And even human nature.

I remember one time watching a heavy weight bout between two boxers that was played live from Madison Square Garden. The fight began and after a short period one heavy weight fighter punched the other illegally in the crown jewels. He received a warning. The fight continued and then it happened again. The fighter received a penalty. And then a third time. I believe the boxer was disqualified or the match was called off. But all I noticed was the ensuing riot that occurred as it was on live TV. Everyone was fighting. And I mean everyone, the entire crowd. Security guards, the boxers themselves, front row, back row, and side to side. It was like one of those ice hockey matches in which there was a draw between Bart and Lisa and then the whole stadium erupts into chaos.

Isn't it crazy how this kind of things sells.

Anyway just wanted to update you all on my thoughts.

The new science fiction book is coming along really well.

I can't really say much more than that - but that it may have the possibility to develop into a series.

Till next time.

Have a fantastic day.

Possibility of extra terrestrial life?

Sometimes I wonder if the possibility of extra-terrestrial life is a ridiculous and ludicrous topic to talk about. But then as I type I look out the window to the stars and the evidence seems to be glaringly obvious.

Not because it is glaringly obvious... But because I had to debate this exact same topic at school when I was 15 years old. I thought yes here's my chance my mate is going to get for and I'll get against. This will be a walk in the park. How easy will it be to prove that alien's don't exist seeming as we have no proof of aliens or any alien life... right?

Alas, unfortunately I was given the for - to debate that aliens do exist. I thought this was absolutely absurd. But nonetheless I began my quest for finding out what the probabilities would be after looking into NASA, SETI and similar space programs. I ended up talking about mathematical probabilities to such a degree that it was basically impossible to argue against this indirect evidence. So I actually ended up winning the debate by a huge margin. My mate was stunned.

I suppose that is one of the big reasons why I'm delving into this science fiction arena because we really just don't know what we don't know. It also seems as though a lot of the things science fiction writers write about somehow manages to peek it's way into reality. I wonder sometimes if it's because they already know what technology is available and they extrapolate from there or if we are heavily influenced by their ideas and fantasies?

I mean in just one instance think of Star Trek. Teleportation. According to Nature.com referred to by Wikipedia "presently, the record distance for quantum teleportation is 143km".

Even if we step back a notch just think of some of the technological advancements that have taken place in the world to date - mobile phones, the internet, computers, electricity, light, landing on the moon, a robot on Mars, being able to see our world through the 'eyes' of satellites, the car, robots; the list goes on and on and on. If you look to great magazines like New Scientist the amount of scientific discoveries seems endless.

What would happen if we discovered some form of alien life? You know as ridiculous as this question seems it was actually on the agenda of the World Economic Forum in 2013 according to the Huffington Post - http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/02/01/alien-life-discovery-implications_n_2568280.html. And confirmed by looking at http://www.weforum.org/sessions/summary/x-factors-preparing-unknown.

Considering the advancement of technology and the current rate of space exploration it may not be as far away as what one might first have thought. Star Wars, ET, and other so called fictions may have a little bit of non-fiction to their agendas. I mean before the 1950s how many people would've guessed that it was possible to land a man on the moon?

The book is coming along well.

Have a fantastic day!

Some interesting Scientific Developments Tuesday 5th February 2013

Tuesday 5th February 2013

I am bewildered at the magnificence of it all.

The more I explore the options of Science Fiction writing the more I think back to when I was a child looking up at the stars.

I mean how often do we get a chance to take our focus off the things we are doing here and focus on what's going on overseas, let alone look up at the stars and wonder.

There have been crazy scientific developments that most people just don't hear about.

If you've ever read a copy of New Scientist you'll know what I'm talking about.

I can remember reading one issue that talked about Japan or a Japanese company seriously looking into the possibility of changing the atmosphere of Mars with bio-domes that would eventually change the atmosphere of the red planet to one similar to our own within 200 - 300 years.

Now I'm hearing of an actual project coming from SpaceX corporation that the particular dream that was on paper is going to become a reality. And not in the distant 200 - 300 years. They plan on beginning the 'colonization' of Mars as soon as 2023. That's only 15 years away. If you are skeptical like I was just research it for yourself. They have the backing of most of the biggest aerospace companies and suppliers on the planet and the money to make it happen. And as you read this they are building, testing and re-testing all the actual components to make their goal a reality.

Then we see someone virtually skydiving (if you can even call that sky) from the stratosphere. It's a space jump.

I even heard that in 1997 they teleported a particle from point A to point B. Meaning that they made a particle basically disappear at one point and then reappear at another. I've just read on wikipedia under quantum teleportation that the 'record distance for quantum teleportation is 143 km'.

The world of science is quite amazing!

To my readers out there my book is well on the way.

The research phase is taking quite a while as there is definitely a little technical jargon to get through and to find verifiable resources.

But it should make for a very interesting entertaining read.

I can't wait to release it.

Till we next chat.

Jumping into Science Fiction - Sunday 3rd February 2013

Sunday 3rd February 2013

Hi there all!

I have decided to jump into the realm of fiction as was my strength when I was younger.

I love the ability of the mind to be able to create any world it wishes with a single thought of the mind - or multiple thoughts I should say.

I believe I will be jumping into the realm of science fiction.

I cannot predict an approximate publication date as of yet as this is a new field for me - especially with science fiction. Other than to say it will be published as soon as possible.

This is going to be very exciting to write!

I can't wait...

Have a fantastic day
